Before founding Desert Dwellings, he spent 16 years at McCarthy Building Companies, where he rose to Senior Director on the Commercial and Education Leadership Teams. There, he led $500 million in projects, working with renowned clients like Arizona State University, Northern Arizona University, and Mayo Clinic, gaining expertise in healthcare, higher education campuses, K-12 schools, and infrastructure projects.

Justin’s depth of experience in varied construction delivery methods—Design-Build, CMAR, and Lump Sum—enables him to apply commercial-grade quality and rigor to the luxury residential projects at Desert Dwelling. His knowledge of complex, self-performed scopes in trades such as concrete, steel, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and civil work brings a level of precision and sophistication rarely seen in residential construction. Partnering with Modern Dwelling Design, Justin leads projects that blend artistry with structural integrity, ensuring each home is as functional as it is beautiful.

As a leader with a strong foundation in both commercial and residential projects, Brittany combines her architectural background with her deep knowledge of construction management to create stunning, meticulously crafted homes. Known for her attention to detail and commitment to quality, she works closely with clients to bring their dream spaces to life, from initial concept through to the final touches. Brittany’s career in construction began with custom homes and residential developments in 2004, and she has since grown into a leading expert with a diverse project portfolio that spans from boutique residential builds to multimillion-dollar commercial ventures. Her expertise includes every phase of the building process, from preconstruction planning and integrated design to overseeing complex self-perform scopes in concrete, steel, mechanical, and interiors. In her role as Senior Director with McCarthy Building Companies, Brittany led commercial projects with budgets exceeding $600 million and worked with high-profile clients like Arizona State University and Mayo Clinic. This commercial experience has equipped her with a refined skill set that allows her to execute complex residential projects with the precision, innovation, and reliability that Desert Dwelling is known for.

Ashley Adams is an accomplished owner at Desert Dwellings, a premier custom home and luxury residential remodel company. With an eye for detail and a deep commitment to quality, Ashley brings a wealth of experience in construction and interior design to every Desert Dwellings project. Her love for creating meaningful, beautiful spaces drove her to pursue interior design and later, luxury residential construction, ultimately establishing her unique expertise in bringing clients’ visions to life through exceptional craftsmanship and artistry.

In addition to her role at Desert Dwellings, Ashley is the founder of Modern Dwelling Designs, a leading high-end interior design firm specializing in remodels, material selections, and full-service design. Her experience in interior design is extensive, and she has created breathtaking spaces for clients who value luxury, elegance, and functionality. Ashley is a proud member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA), continuously expanding her design knowledge to create refined, cohesive spaces that capture the essence of each client's style and personality.

With degrees from the University of New Mexico and Scottsdale Community College, Ashley’s commitment to education is reflected in her dedication to perfecting her craft.
